This policy describes how Conversations Export collects and handles data when you use the HubSpot App.

Information Collection and Use

  • Personal Data includes information you provide during setup, such as “Email address,” “First name and last name,” and “Company name.”
  • HubSpot Account Data comes from your HubSpot account integration, processed with your authorization during installation.
  • Usage Data encompasses technical information about how you access the app, including IP address, browser details, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

Use of Data

Exported conversation data is “temporarily stored on secure Amazon S3 servers for 7 days before being deleted automatically.” The company uses collected data to maintain the app, notify users of changes, enable interactive features, provide support, improve services, monitor usage, and address technical issues. We may also aggregate and anonymize data so that it no longer identifies you or your organization, and use that aggregated, anonymized information to create, publish, and distribute marketing materials, case studies, benchmarks, trend reports, and similar promotional content.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the app and, if you choose to allow them, to measure usage and improve the product.
