Raw conversation export: CSV or JSON with text, metadata, timestamps, and participants. Credits are separate from subscriptions and do not expire for 1 year. Analytics available by add-on on export form.

When can I use Export credits?
We are still putting the finishing touches on Export credits and will notify you as soon as it's launched.
Are existing subscriptions going away?
No, existing subscriptions will continue until they are cancelled by the user. Subscription prices will be increasing when pay-as-you-go launches.
How long are Export credits valid?
Up to 1 year after the launch date or purchase date after launch.
Will Export credits auto recharge?
No, that may be available as a manual setting in the future.
How are Export credits charged?
Export credits are only deducted the first time the export is downloaded. Subsequent downloads of the same export are not charged. Adding an export does not deduct Export credits, only accessing the download url or clicking the download button.
How do I know many Export credits I have?
Accessing Conversations Export & Analytics will prominently show your available Export credits at the top of the dashboard.
Can Export credits be refunded?
Export credits are refundable up to 24 hours after purchase.
